Posting under a alias name. This place was very friendly and I can’t fault their effort but ultimately I feel between FAK, the corrupt family court of Western Australia and a corrupt therapist called Kirsty Oehlers of West Leederville counselling centre the case was fixed. I wouldn’t advise fathers to go through the court system because everything is against you. Once the legal aid funding is exhausted then you are pushed out of the system and out of your child’s life and put in the abuser category and ordered to see a psychologist .its the corrupt system and the people in it that need therapy.

almost two years on and i was told corrupt Kirsty Oehlers of west leederville counselling would be seeing my daughter on a basis that would arrange for me to be able to see my daughter. no communication what soever from FAK. corrupt kirsty passed one email through a psychologist 12 months ago which was not truthful but dishonest. Fak was very friendly but in the end did very little but case fix to push me further out of my daughters life which was started by the lying mother. almost 2 years later i cannot possibly be any further away. thrown to the side like a rag doll after FAK and Corrupt Kirsty Oehlers took their fill of legal aid funding. shameful disgusting behaviour. Please stay away from the corrupt family court of wa which is just a bout a economy for lawyers, judges and corrupt therapists.
