I recently heard that Lawrence had retired, which I congratulate him on and wish him all the best. Ruth from Ferrari Warner is always so polite, professional and goes above and beyond to help me understand my accounts and how to track everything properly. Every time I come to her with a problem, she always solves it effortlessly.
Had my tax for over 12 months and didn't do it as they said they were waiting on one thing from me. It would be nice to get a follow up phone call within one year if that was the case seeing I provided everything else that they asked for... Spoke to me in a very rude unprofessional manner . When i told them i should take my business elsewhere Ruth said that would be fantastic. So I did. Blaming the client is bad form for your incompetent non performance. They only contacted me when i contacted them and I would not recommend them to any business.
