I was very excited to join an all female gym thinking that this would be a comfortable and enjoyable environment but I was not happy with my experience at all. I have countless complaints from never being able to contact staff members with queries to having my contract dishonoured. I feel like this gym is more focused on their appearance rather then it's members. Unfortunately, after being a member of the gym for 18 months I would still never recommend it to anyone.
