The service was good however we found the food to be just ok. The spring rolls were quite big but they didn’t taste like spring rolls that we are used to eating when ordering at other restaurants. We had to wait quite a long time for our meals. It was nice that we were given a complimentary plate of prawn crackers whilst waiting.
Took my Dad here today for lunch and we absolutely LOVED it. The service was fantastic. Everything on time. The food was awesome and the portions were just..wow. So full! Our server was incredibly nice, we couldn't help but leave a tip we were so impressed. Definitely be back again in the future. Thank you so much!
Never have I seen a more incompetent group of people, ordered food for takeaway and all 4 times they've stuffed it up, and not only something minor, twice they gave our food to other people causing 30minute delays each time... And when I was in there waiting, both times a minimum of 2 other people had issues with their order, it's unreal how difficult it is for this group of people to complete something simple such as a basic order and then provide it in the time they say without giving it to someone else...
Ordered a serve of satay sticks and a large fried rice. The fried rice was clumpy and had no flavour to the point that i added salt. Very disappointing as the food used to be good but i wont be coming back
Always fast, friendly and affordable. Can order online through 3rd party for pickup or delivery. But I found it's 33% cheaper to call the restaurant and order yourself. Dine-in is available too and looks licenced but I'm not sureFood: 5/5
Food was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. My daughter and I walked with full bellies. Food coma. Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a peanut allergy .
Wish I could give zero stars, food was shockingly bad. Squid had the texture and taste of seafood extender, chicken was cold and altogether way too expensive for what you get.
Just yummy! Great service and very reasonably priced but the last time we went we didn't feel the love so much, as it seemed everyone who came in after us got served before us.
Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a small rice and satay there was 1 table occupied at the time with three guests and the food was NOTHING I’d pay for again unfortunately. I’m not sure if it was just a bad night for them but the impression was lasting :
Drove 35kms to get there and back only to be given wrong order no refund no result " we give u free dim sim next time you order" I was told!!! Lol what about the $50 wrong order if I lived closer I'd opend my order and thrown it at them with the lids off so angery... but they did not care at all....won't be back or anyone I no. don't waste ur money on sub par imitation Chinese food "ocean garden Chinese food" is just around the corner on the esplanade authentic Chinese not bottled sauce like Fernalee. Re: to reply I asked specifically about all of my order it was looked at and ur staff said it was correct so don't try and cover up ur mistakes you will loose many coustimers I promise. Disgusting experience and language over the phone.
