Wonderful Turkish cuisine located at the popular viaduct north wharf. Great food, good value. The Mezze Platter is just delicious, more than enough for two people. Professional and friendly service, made customers feel welcomed. Beautiful fit out, full of Mediterranean decor and color. Highly recommended. Would love to come back.Food: 5/5
Have been going to this place for a long time. Visited here again last night with our friends. Due to being a weekday it wasn’t very busy. The food as usual was lip smacking. I enjoyed the Mezze platter and Dolma. Ottoman eggplant is my favourite among vegetarian options and slow cooked lamb among non vegetarian options. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were even given some blankets as it was super cold yesterday. I like the Mediterranean ambiance. The layout is great. Free Parking is hard to find but there is some paid parking available. The first hour of parking was free. This is our go to place if we want to be satisfied. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available. Parking: Free Parking is hard to find but there is some paid parking available. The first hour of parking was free at Jellicoe st carpark
My husband and I held our wedding reception at Feriza's. We worked closely with Suchi, who made sure everything ran seamlessly. We had a few requests such as a tv screen, microphone set up and access to play music and the team made sure we were fully up and functioning. The food was amazing and so beautifully served. Everything tasted so fresh and it seemed to keep coming and coming from the kitchen! Nobody left hungry, that's for sure! We had a lovely time and were so well taken care of. We would highly recommend Feriza's for everything from a date night dinner to even a wedding reception!
I came here with my friend for our dinner. The restaurant was so busy on that day. We first sat next to the bar then moved to the table next to the front window as it was so noisy from the big groups of people was dinning. Food was amazing, they were served with a big portion. The drink was nice. We paid approx over $50 each for the entree, main dish and a drink.
Food was good in terms of taste and presentation, although the overall experience was dragged down by the manager's service at the cashier waitress was nice though!. Forgot to apply a discount that we had and paid first, realised just after I'd paid and went back to ask if they can reapply the discount but they wouldn't allow it; it's the same as any other refund situation so asked if they can provide a refund for any other circumstances and they would just not answer the question... Parking: Wynyard Quarter is the worst place to try and find cheap parking
Absolutely amazing food! Everything we had was just great. I ended up coming back 3 times in less than 2 weeks, although every single time, the service was just dreadful. The food was definitely worth it. I couldn't recommend more Feriza's food but seriously the management should do something about their male, yes just the males waiters, always on their devices or chatting with the chefs while only one single female waiter God bless her, she was like a machine do all the hard work around. I do prefer their dinner menu more than the lunch menu as it's more interesting, complex, and yummier. I've added pics from all of my 2 lunches and 1 diner at Feriza's. PS: You must try kunafa kunefe. Best desert ever
Got shouted to lunch here the other day and was pleasantly surprised! Delicious food all round, mains and desserts. Good service and location. Will be back again.Food: 5/5
Food - The food was flavourable, perfectly seasoned, presentation was nice, and good portion sized. We ordered the slow cooked lamb and the wagyu brisket Ali Nazik dish. Service - The service was great and the server was very attentive. We gave a four star because he was a little too attentive. He came to our table a little more than we would've liked, which made us feel pestered. However, he was polite and friendly. Atmosphere - This restaurant had a very nice vibe and location. Our only issue was that the floors were filthy and could've done with a mop. But otherwise, this would be a great date night restaurant. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would come again.
I cannot recommend this place enough!! Some friends and I came tonight for dinner and drinks - it was an amazing experience! This was my second visit to Feriza’s and the quality of the food, drinks and service continues to amaze. Each dish on the menu has incredible depth and an array of flavours. Top notch, really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and ease how to get there. Portions are big. We got a kebab platter for $60 for two and honestly has no chance of eating it all despite being hungry. Choice of kebabs and the meat was so tasty and tender. Chips and salad were perfect and the dips great. Good buzz around the place and if Turkish kebabs aren’t for you there are lots of other options nearby. Diverse clientele and would 100% come back. Would not find better .
