Having only dealt with the parts department can happily say the guys are very knowledgeable, efficient and super friendly love going to this place.this is a great business these guys are absolutely good.
They got disgusting customer service. Specially the guy called Peter is rude and arrogant. He only talk himself without listening. no manner and respect to the customer at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone never ever again.
I should have checked the review before I have my vehicle serviced here. The engine oild was not replaced but they told me everything done. The photo is the blackish oil color half hour after service.
Best service I have ever had, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from Fergusons Toyota for several years now, the service staff are friendly, professional & honest, I rely on them 100% to keep my 86 GTS in top condition & they have never let me down.
If there were an option for zero stars, I’d have pressed that one. Worst customer service ever!
