We booked our kid’s birthday cake as a returning customer. Staffs were really friendly. Paid for the cake in advance. 
Upon picking up, the cake wasn’t what I ordered, they’ve got wrong color (which upset my kid big time). And all they offer is give me $10 refund 😂
The boss said alternatively, they can give me full refund and take the cake back (and leave me no cake for my kid’s party?!?) I took the cake in the end, because I’m running out of choice, the party is 1.5 hours later...

My question is, if I were to take the full refund and they have the cake back, what are they going to do with the cake? Re-package it and sell it to someone else?!? Scary?!?!?

I’ll definitely NOT going back for anything, not even the morning coffee, leave alone ordering any cake etc.

I am never one to complain, ever, but the coffee wasn't strong enough at first. The girls gladly fixed it up without fuss. Excellent team.
