This is the only pharmacy in Filly's and Marton whose staff can actually pronounce my Māori names correctly...the other pharmacies don't even try!
Don't get me wrong, some of the receptionists are amazing, they do all they can, but then you get that one, just that one, that can't even say, look, I'm sorry, but we are full up and they won't take anymore patients tonight, after you already been sitting there for like 15-20 mins... That nurse, that say, you don't look like you having trouble breathin right now, so how bout you call early in the mornin... I think I know if there's a change in my breathin, I think I know my body... Empathy, caring and kindness go a long way... Some people are just not equipped with these I guess...

service in person is fine, but trying to get prescriptions over the phone can take weeks if ur not able to travel, not cute
Excellent care from the doctorand all the staff at this centre
Receptionist has little to no people skills made me feel like I was just a nuisance and shouldnt have been at a doctors clinic only to find out after probly the 5th or 6th time being just turned around I found out that I wasnt even able to see anyone till the next year place is a joke and for anyone who actually feels like they need medical attention I'd recommend avoiding this place

Just rung to find out how to pick up a ring prescription in Covid times and was given great directions of how to do it by a lovely helpful young lady named Hope.
Phoned to order prescription and the person hung up in my ear,so I phoned back and I gave them a piece of my mind.
Very friendly lady talk with us deaf.. She is my friend and she know Jackie our deaf friend.. Love her
