Well, I happened to use their services more than a month back. And of course their low rating doesnt instill confidence in you.nBut I had done my research and booked the service online. Kept the packaging and stuff ready and reached their office to drop off the parcel early in the morning. It could not have been better to be honest. And it was delivered on time date as promised at the time of booking the courier. So I am extremely happy with their service.nAlso, one needs to be pragmatic when filtering out the negative reviews. They get a lot of unnecessary flak for not exactly their fault always. Anyway, use your best judgement and before blaming others, please introspect as well. They did a more than fine job. Thank you.
I am absolutely appalled and disappointed with the service I received from FedEx. I was expecting a package to be delivered on the 20/02/2025. I waited patiently since they gave me a specific time Frame. After time went on I received a message saying “ we attempted to deliver your shipment but you were unavailable “. I sat at home waiting and no one knocked or alarm bell went off.nnI contacted FedEx customer service, expecting to get some help and resolve the issue. Boy, was I wrong! The representative I spoke to was completely clueless and unhelpful. She seemed to be reading from a script, and when I asked her questions, they stumbled and struggled to provide answers.nnNot only was she incompetent, but she was also extremely rude. I was met with attitude, sarcasm, and a complete lack of empathy when I told her my reason why I was so desperate. It was like they didn't care that I was missing a package and just wanted to get rid of me.nnTo make matters worse, when I tried to track my package online, the FedEx website was uncooperative, and I couldn't get any updates.nnI demand better service from a company like FedEx. It's unacceptable to treat customers like this. I will never use FedEx again and will make sure to share my horrific experience with friends, family, and online communities.
I have just had a delivery from Fed Ex, I am very thankful to the delivery guy for the excellent service. I have very recently had my 2nd total knee replacement and asked if he could place the box in my garage - no grumbling, he done it with a smile and was very pleasant- a lovely guy. I did ask his name and he did spell it for me but I am not sure that I have correct spelling- but something like Wanchu. Will also add had 1st knee replacement September last year - and another delivery from Fed Ex - again asked delivery guy to place box in my garage and again a very helpful guy Thank you Fed Ex you have some fabulous delivery drivers, your service is very much appreciated .
The talent acquisition advisor was extremely unprofessional over the phone. When I returned the lady’s call she just answered ‘hello’ and didn’t introduce herself. I had to ask where she was calling from. The lady was reviewing my resume over the phone so she hadn’t checked my application properly before calling me. The lady asked me ‘why have you frequently moved jobs? and nothing about my background and experience.
The WORST delivery experience.nPlease DO NOT use this service. My parcel was marked delivered and actually was not delivered to my address. I got no calls to confirm my address and kept on chasing them for 2 days with them investigating and replying by the driver not being able to remember where he actually placed it and that he needs to go to the location again to remember!!! Can you believe this?!!!!nMoreover; there were zero photos taken for the parcel delivery placement as they claim to do!nFortunately I got a call from a lady living in the building nextdoor with a different street address informing that the parcel was placed in the courtyard of her house! The Parcel was just sitting there in the sun and heat…nThis is extremely unprofessional and a very irresponsible way to deliver valuable items.nThis service is supposed to make things easier and not more frustrating …nSuch a horrible experience!
