Parcel was to be delivered before 6pm 2/12 waited all day nothing changed on website tracking, then suddenly @4.30 tracking changes to delivery 3/12, not good FEDEX! I waited in all day, for this parcel, my only day off till Sunday! My parcel needs a signature, which I knew, thank goodness I had the brains to call, knowing I wouldn’t be able to sign because I would not be here. So they send it to a collection point, which I can’t get to until Wednesday 4/12nNOT GOOD ENOUGH FEDEX!
Joy from TNT Victoria office and the Hallam team were amazing. They went above and beyond to get an urgent package sent by overnight courier for a very unwell relative. I can't explain how pleased we are with the service provided today.
I’ve selected for express shipping and was meant to receive my package last week Friday but received an email saying they attempted to deliver but no one was home which was odd because I was so they said they’d delivery on Monday today. I waited all day just to get another email saying they tried to deliver again but I didn’t see or hear a car or person come to the door. I’m very annoyed and can’t even track my package properly.
Completely incompetent customer service. I would give zero stars if that was allowed.nnDelivery is passable if you experience no issues. The second you need to fix something–good luck with that.nnIf you are even more unlucky, they will tell you to call an international Fedex yourself to fix the issue. Also, don't bother emailing them because they will never get back to you :
A lady called me at 8:10 am said the driver tried to deliver 4 times yesterday without any notice. And if I can not pick it up today they will return it.nSo rube.
