*EDIT* FedEx prices for international delivery have jumped up from $60-$80 to USA to now over $300 for the same item!!! Rubbish companynNOTE: This is NOT a review of the Alice Springs depot, this is for the FedEx service we have received recently. The Cameron St depot has always provided excellent customer service.nnMy business has used TNT Express for over 10 years and since FedEx have taken over, the service recieved has been atrocious!nIn the last couple of months, we have had deliveries turn up either very late, unsealed or not at all.nAs TNT, customer service was exemplary, since the change waiting times are much longer to solve issues. Emails do not get a reply.nMy business will be voting with our feet and using another service from now on. We are FedUp
We paid to have our car part to be air freighted from Adelaide to Alice and they have lost it. They don’t know where it went after it was loaded on a plane on Wednesday afternoon and it’s now Friday evening and they have no clue and no remedy. I am stranded in Alice for another 4 days while my son is in hospital in NSW
Unprofessional!!!!nGot an email that Parcel is on the way so I called their office to double check and said it will be delivered between 5:00pm and 6:00 pm. So, rushed back from office at 3:00 pm and even opened the gate. Got a text message that I was unavailable and wasn’t home. When I called to complain, the lady said driver must be in rush to finish his shift and went back home early.nWhat the heck is that ?nCan you please at least do your job properly ?nI have work and the TNT office closes at 5pm.nWhat if I reschedule for delivery and what if they do that again ?nI’m so mad
Staff don't give a damn about their customers. Was waiting in the front office while 3 people were at the back just talking amongst themselves, moving boxes. They all saw me and then completely ignored me - continuing to move their boxes, only attending to me when I had to call out to them asking for help.
alice springs staff are awesome. however, the phone service is beyond pathetic. no point calling. just go to their office and they will sort you out.
