Very difficult to deal with Fedex and TNT since the merger. Queries and calls get passed from one person o the other and everything is over complicated including the invoicing and arranging overseas shipments. Much better when it was just TNT !
One of the worst possible deliveries ever!nI live less than 5 mins away from their Deport exchange and missed the delivery without even leaving a card or calling or even knocking the door!nClearly not the first one and will not be the last one. Disappointing and will never ever use them again!
Authority to leave updated online. Left card in place I asked to leave package, did leave package just stuck another card in the letter boxnnWe were home as well, no one knocked!nnPiss poor effort, now I get to drive 30min to pick up. What a joke
First time sign up to FedEx as private shipper, printed the shipping labels and dropped my documents down to the pick up/drop counter. The guy serving assisted with providing the correct shipping envelop and sealing up the documents and scanned it into the system all within 5 mins. Couldn't ask for better.
Huge place I needed a special request and the staff were more then happy and willing to help me out
