If you need important documents collected and delivered on time use ANYBODY else other than FedEx. Called twice in a day to ensure a collection on time and call centre staff rude and dismissing. No collection made and then call centre staff rude again on follow up. Never again.
I would give 0 star if possible. The delivery man was too lazy to walk 10 more steps to drop the parcel at the front door where it would be safe from the rain, nope dropped on the grass when it was raining and my parcel was soaked in water
Absolutely useless, you would be better off buying a bicycle and trying yourself, frustration beyond belief, the call center talk over you when you are trying to explain, they are beyond unhelpful and just keep asking for information that really is not freely available for a person tracking a package that was sent from Europe. Find another provider for your sanities sake
Poor service Driver left a valuable package at door and did the sign on my behalf that I have received it. I was overseas at that period. What a bunch of thugs. I was lucky my neighbour saw the package and took care of the same Shame on you Fedex for such poor service.
They’re closed, they just have a piece of paper on the door saying go to a different location. Also there is no way to contact them via phone it just goes to a useless customer service center that has no way of contacting the store. Terrible all around.
One of the worst company to deal with, they said they dropped my parcel but never received, tried to call them everytime thay said they will contact me but never contact me, just lost my $140 worth of parcel, shouldn't be doing business like this in Australia
Hopeless service our shipment via sea is going to beat there air freight delivery service. Would strongly NOT recommend their service.
Guy from TNT outsourced company shows up with no ability to take the pallet off the truck, asking where my forklift was!!. Told him to come back after delivering items between mine and the tailgate and that i had a dolly he could use. Turns up 2 hours later, opens the truck and theres a pallet jack in there he refuses to use. Then he just stands there refusing to help me get it off the truck. Wouldnt even support the weight as i got it up my driveway which caused an injury to my leg. TNT contacted me and apologised but thats about it. Got reimbursement from the supplier. Pay peanuts.........
The worst delivery company I have ever experienced. The call centre based in Malaysia is staffed with people that are poorly trained and it is difficult to understand them due to poor English skills. The call centre wasn't aware of the severe floods in Brisbane, Australia so they kept scheduling pick-ups that never happened because the local offices were closed. This happened three days in a row. This is basic information the call centre should have had. Several times they took my phone number and said they would call back with information, but never did. I give this company zero stars if I could. Very poor service.
Received prompt turn around time, and great customer service from Nathan today.
