Delicious Food and Excellent Service!nnFayrouz Cafe is a gem for Lebanese cuisine! The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, though the music was a bit too loud, which made conversation tricky at times. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend, especially if you’re a fan of authentic Lebanese flavors!
Of all the Lebanese/middle eastern cafes I’ve tried in the north west Terry’s, A1, Manoushi, Cedar etc etc this place is the clear front runner. I will admit I’ve only tried their savoury dishes however everything is always so fresh and delicious, every single time I visit. They do not skimp out on ingredient quality and the portion sizes are great. I barely ever take food home from a restaurant as a matter of principle but I just could not finish what we ordered on my last visit my future self was very thankful . The coffee is really good too, whatever roast they use is absolutely delicious. I will at some point give the dessert bar a crack, but as it stands I simply cannot waste my calories on sweets… I MUST to fill my stomach with their delicious Haloumi, Sujuk and Zataar bread. I am so bloody happy I stumbled across this place.
We went to Fayrooz by chance last night as we came down from the south east for dinner a couple doors down and so glad we decided to pop in whilst in the area. The Desserts, coffees and drinks where amazing could not fault a thing we had a little mishap with a dessert we had order that sold out however the staff handled the situation amazing and is a true testament to there amazing customer service skills. The lemon mint drink is possibly the best I’ve had in Melbourne and the booza Shaymiya is to die for. 10/10 reccomend worth the travel if you don’t live nearby.
Beautiful cafe! Service is great.nnCame here to get their Cheese Knafeh and try some Lebanese food.nnFood was great 5/5!! EXCEPT FOR THE CHEESE KNAFEH nnIt was cold not even nicely warmed. It’s just like a cold solid mozzarella. There was no cheese pull at all. Last few bites made me want to actually it was just not it. Was really disappointed. 1/5
Have been multiple times, location is rlly nice just opposite the water. There desserts are delicious. I always get their chai latte extra hot but it’s never hot which is there only issue. There crepe and waffle boards are big and greats for sharing. There always busy so it’s hard to get a table if u don’t reserve one prior. Staff r friendly and lovely to talk to. Parking is hard to get specially if ur going after sunset.nnWould definitely recommend.
