Legit the worst experience with deliveries I have ever had to endure. I honestly don't know how this sad excuse for a company is in business with their lack of work ethics and customer service. Impossible to deal with for something as simple as having a package delivered. They have had the package in the possession for 2 weeks with absolutely no means of delivery in sight. First delivery I was home and no knock yet carded and second attempt after booking a redelivery was attempted 24hrs after the selected redelivery date, which I stayed home from work to receive no harm staying home as I wanted to ensure I received the package - yet nothing arrived as requested. No updates, no nothing. After hours on the phone and on their trash online messenger, still nothing. Even going as far as to closing unresolved tickets as seen in the photo. EDIT: Now after multiple attempts at getting an answer to where my package is we finally booked a redelivery, which I again stayed home for and.. you guessed it, nothing arrived!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Pick up your game or get out of the game. Warning to all sellers, do NOT use this service as I wouldn't purchase something knowing it will sit with these cowboys for extended periods of time. EDIT: Incredible response from Aramex to this review. Not up to my expectations? I'm sorry for expecting my package to be delivered by a courier company? Also sorry for expecting customer service to serve customers? Legitimately have no clue how you guys are still in business and people still give you money despite the gross amount of negative reviews before mine.
Absolutely the worst courier company in existence. Parcels are either lost, or damaged beyond use. Always delayed, if you do happen to get a damaged delivery. Parcels partly opened. No idea why companies continue to use Aramex, must be damaging to their reputations too. Think twice about using Aramex, do you really want to put your customers through this hassle? Avoid them!!
I am extremely disappointed with the courier service that was provided. The package was dropped off near the concierge, instead of being delivered to my door, making it difficult for me to carry the heavy item upstairs. Furthermore, I was supposed to receive 3 boxes, but only 2 were delivered, and the delivery was marked as completed. Furthermore, I can see the box is damaged as well. In addition to these issues, the delivery person's behaviour was extremely rude. I have been trying to resolve this issue for quite some time now, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
There is no zero star otherwise definitely will give, The worst service ever anyone could provide and have. Waiting for 40 minutes to take my delivery as they didn’t drop it off at my address which has security. There is only one person as staff for all customers and is queuing in cold and freezing temperatures. Never ever in my life will do business with this company and recommend all my friends to bot do as well.
Please avoid this delivery company if possible at all costs. I wish there was a way to give 0 or negative ratings. 1 We were at home the whole time but we didn't hear a bell ringing and kept receiving the messages saying that no one was at home to receive the delivery. 2 In addition, it said the calling card was left but there was no calling card. 3 Because of the above, we contacted the company via live chat and it took 2.5 hours for them to reply and felt like they were just simply copying and pasting the same messages saying that my parcel will be redelivered. If you want to waste your time and possibly money for redelivery, having them as your parcel courier is a great way :
Do better Aramex. Standing outside in the heat for parcel pickup is shameful. Long wait times make it cruel. Let people inside at least or have better facilities for people waiting. Also the workers seem over it, no hello and they just have their hand out for the slip.. Also the 'we missed you' slip is a slap in the face when my office is always attended from 8am every weekday.
1 star is being generous. This company is absolutely pathetic. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It's a shame the vendor I purchased through uses this courier. I live in a small regional town and unfortunately we do not have mail delivery. However, this is usually never a problem as all packages are sent directly to our post office for collection all residents address packages directly to said post office we do not use our residential addresses as it's pointless. After noticing that there were no updates on the tracking of my package for over 2 weeks I tried to get in touch with Aramex to find out where my package was. They did not respond to any of my email inquiries. I then decided after over 3 weeks to try they live chat option. The customer service representative was incredibly unhelpful. I explained the situation of our small regional town, however wad told Aramex will not cooperate and deliver to the towns post office. The service member refused to provide any insight as to why my package can not be delivered to the post office. They also couldn't explain why I was not contacted to explain that it couldn't be delivered despite having all my contact details on file. The customer service representative ended the chat several times without having resolved anything. I then had to start the whole process again with another service member. Unfortunately I received the same treatment. They promptly closed the ticket and marked it as resolved even though nothing had actually been fixed. This service is atrocious. The service staff are rude, lazy and so unhelpful. It's dissapointing that Aramex discriminate against small regional towns. Please avoid using Aramex at all costs.
I have never written a negative review and if there were no stars that would be my rating . This has been the most frustrating experience dealing with any company … ever. They have Zero accountability because there is No one to contact . I have a package coming from Perth to Melbourne .It Has taken 6 weeks and not arrived . There was a “flood “ delay getting to Melbourne - that is understandable but no one could say where the parcel was or when it would arrive ... It eventually arrived in Melbourne 2 1/2 weeks ago but has not been delivered . There is no phone number for the depot , no person to speak to . My parcel is being taken care of by a third party called Big Post who are responsive but the joke is they say they can’t contact Aramex . They have escalated the delivery to “urgent “ every day for a week but say they can’t get information from Aramex . It’s actually a little crazy and completely incomprehensible to me . Especially comparing it to other freight companies where there are accurate tracking numbers , you can see where your parcel is and customer service with a human who can contact the holding depot . This company has NONE of this . Aramex not contactable locally . I have called 3 times - off shore person answers - and They say they have no way to get in touch with depot in Australia . Wow . That’s strange .. so I wrote this as a warning . Pick another freight company .!!! Completely disappointed .
This has to be one of the most horrible companies I have dealt with. Not only is my parcel “failing to be delivered”, because delivery drivers are attending the wrong address. But I contacted this company to rebook to the delivery with thorough delivery instructions so they had the correct address..... the dates the redelivery was booked for passed and no delivery showed up. I tried to contact them again yesterday to tell them I did not receive my delivery and I was “in line” for a customer care rep to assist me. After waiting 4 hours, I chased up my enquiry and spit in line with no response. Again today I’ve tried to message the chat and begin a new enquiry but to no avail once again. This company is so poor. At this point I believe they have either stolen my parcel or are a scam of a company especially considering there is not one positive review on their service. Please sellers and buyers- beware of this company. They will cost you a lot of money for nothing going forward. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM! I’d appreciate a timely response and rectification for the delivery of my parcel because I’ve already been in the process of delivery for almost a month now.
I work in Logistics and I don’t know how this company is still operating, why it’s being used by any business that has the ability to google or how they haven’t been sued. The overall 1 star rating that this company has should be a clear indication to anyone that even thinks about doing business with them - just don’t. 2 online orders I made through different companies are supposed to be delivered by this company. I have not received either order. They’ve had them both for 2 weeks and they only had to travel 30 minutes to 1 hour from pick up to depot to delivery. Their customer service is completely inadequate. I haven’t received any actual information. I’ve just been told to wait. I don’t think I will ever receive these items. Either way, an international order would arrive before this company delivered anything.
