The experience is not over yet, 08 10 14 is when it left Melbourne .. still waiting for delivery even though it has been on board the courier vehicle for 3 days, since 21 10 14 wtf? every other courier service I have been involved with delivers on the same day it is loaded on to the final delivery vehicle.. an absolute joke as a courier service, I will NEVER use them, recommend them, or buy from anyone that uses them as their courier service again.. Parcel picked up in Sydney 18/3/2016 its now 31/3/2016 Item must have decided to walk, items I ordered from China that day have already arrived. No answer from Perth depot,one must wounder why a business is trying so hard to go into liquidation.Google Fastawy complaints ,its amazing. Keep away from this company. Cant give negative star
NEVER use this company. Been waiting 10 days for a parcel to get from Perth to Bunbury 200Km. Have tried contacting them with no luck.
I googled ' define : incompetent ' and Fastway Courier came up. A total joke.
can not get a hold of anyone regarding a 15 day overdue delivery phones don't work will not recommend to anyone
