We receive numerous packages every week, and we're fortunate to have Steven as our courier. From day one, he's been nothing short of exceptional. Steven is not only incredibly friendly and personable but also goes above and beyond by getting to know our family. He always greets us by name and takes a genuine interest in how we're doing and what's new. His customer service is outstanding—everything you could ever want in a courier. Easy to talk to, reliable, and consistently five stars. We couldn't be happier with the service he provides! We always look forward to seeing him.
If you miss your delivery the first time you will be subject to the most impossible process of getting anything redelivered. We were only given warning of a delivery early on the morning it was arriving landlord had arranged this and not informed us. With the lack of notice, just missed the driver by 20mins. This was at 10am. Contacted the woman who had sent an informal text regarding the delivery, and was given much attitude and told well maybe they can try and bring it back later the same day. No redelivery attempt was made. Tried to call their depot, the only number listed goes to a busy signal. Scheduled a redelivery online for this Friday. Looked on Wednesday afternoon out of curiosity to see that it was still at the depot, and nope, it had been sent out for delivery that day. Neither my husband or I received any text or email to alert us to this happening. My requested redelivery for Friday had been removed, so now I've had to schedule it for Friday of next week as that's the only day anyone is home. The item is large so coordinating someone being home is kind of essential. We don't have a way to pick it up. It's the most frustrating situation.
