Unhelpful. Staff said my parcel was with them but the were to busy to locate it and it would be delivered later in day or the next day. Provided my phone number and offered to come collect once they located it.nThey never phoned and my parcel was not delivered despite it being with them
Disgusting service. Had a package in transit from Auckland to Gisborne for 9 days, called Gisborne depot where the lady told me to be patient and I should have the package by Monday, waited until the Wednesday and called Auckland where they put out an urgent search for my package turns out it was in Gisborne the whole time, they told me it would be delivered that day and of course it wasn’t! I waited another few days and went into the depot around 1pm, they lady snatched my phone from me and then accused me of posting complaints on Facebook I hadn’t and told her this and she kept saying I did it was 1pm and my package wasn’t even in a van it was just sitting behind her desk with a “priority” sticker on it.nSo many people in Gisborne have had the same experience.
Has taken over two weeks for a parcel to arrive from AKL to GIS. Received an email stating sorry we have new drivers in Gisborne?
Easily the worst courier company ive dealt with. Literally drove onto the footpath to put a called today card in my letterbox without even bothering to get out of the van and knocking, on a wide open front door..there was clearly someone home......customer service is non existent.
Negligent and unutterably rude service. After delivering our parcel to the wrong address when our place is clearly numbered and correctly locates on Google maps, after wasting my afternoon hunting around our property and door-knocking neighbours with a toddler to care for, was barked at about how I should go to the place myself and collect it, no apology, entirely their mistake. Please do not entrust these people with anything valuable.
