Amazing doctors /nurses/receptionists -           right from my first visit everyone at this practice has had my health and well being at the forefront of each visit. I highly recommend Yandina family practice to anyone wanting a caring and professional health service.   The Physio department also very professional and friendly.

I am really happy with my experiences here. Nice new place, everything looks and feels clean. Really easy to book online. Reception staff are always pleasant,Lisa in particular had to chase up some test results for me and called me twice to let me know she hadn't forgotten about it and was working on it. Yes, I have had a 40 minute wait here but it was a Friday afternoon and there was only one Dr on. It just shows me the Dr is very thorough and he apologised for the wait when I got in. I find Dr Gharfoor great and bulk billed acupuncture is such a bonus!

The rudest receptionist I have ever come across. Dr Ghafoor was good but we will not be returning because of the disgraceful customer service from the receptionist. We only deviated from our usual very friendly practice because acupuncture was offered at this practice. The staff at this practice obviously do not understand how to make a customer feel welcome or valued.  Any minor additional requests like "could you tell me if the test results indicate if my daughter has Whooping Cough so that I can tell her school" and "is the doctor running on time?" were seen as being too demanding. 

We were even told that they had enough customers now so they didn't need us.  If you are looking for a caring practice keep this comment in mind and go to the established and friendly Yandina Medial Centre rather than this one.

We will definitely stick with the Yandina Medical Centre where the reception staff are lovely, efficient, know what it going on with the doctors and their timings and care about their customers.
