Against reputable advice, we went with Farquhar to keep things simple with our builder. This is our fourth kitchen design/build, the first and last with Farquhar. Overall, a disappointing and costly customer service experience. Do your homework & go with a solid recommendation from people who you trust.Service: Kitchen design
Everybody here has been truly wonderful. Our designer, Simon, has been meticulous in his design. Kim Haliday the builder is prompt and so knowledgeable. Damien the cabinetry person was also wonderful. Can't fault anyone ay Farquhar they are all helpful and keep you informed and also on track. Once the document was signed they didn't forget us just continued the great service. I would recommend Farquhar to anybody.
My experience with Farquhar Kitchens was negative. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend them to anyone. They provided substandard service and only amended mistakes if I pointed them out and complained bitterly about them. The designer actually forgot about my kitchen plan and left me hanging for months. They brought unprofessional workmen into my home particularly the man who dismantled my existing kitchen and the installer of the new kitchen. There are many unresolved problems that I just have to live with. What should have been exciting and fun was stressful and demoralising. I would have been better off going to Ikea!
This kitchen company produces quality kitchens I love how all the products are on show and displayed the consultants are friendly and very knowledgeable well visiting.
