Good range of products for size of store. Have always been happy with staff and service, though mostly buy online with equally great service.

The worst Farmers in the country, the service is non-existent, recently two staff having conversation (yelling out) between front checkout and perfume counter, having a great old conversation, laughing and talking with each other, young Maori guy at checkout ignoring me, when I had placed my clothes that I wanted to buy on the counter and was obviously waiting for service. Then when he decided to serve me (and do his actual job), he said "are you right?" Terrible range of clothes and a number of times I have had to ring the bell more than twice and wait for quite awhile for someone to open up the fitting room.

It's ok but do find the Gisborne store a bit cluttered
