Marnie always treats my animals with respect and talks to us as equals. We trust Timaru Family vets with anything to do with our pets. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful.
Excellent friendly customer service as always, attentive and caring to my dog's, I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide the loving care that Marnie and her team provide. Highly recommend.
As I understand Toot was so comfortable and at home, she was roaming around the little consulting room. John had come with two towels etc as she always wets herself. She didn't. Not bad for a geriatric cat. I'm sure she is 110 in cat years. Then again John owned an exclusive cattery in Wellington many years ago.

I have had experiences with three vet clinics in Timaru. Timaru Family Vets are far and away the best. They really listen, they quickly act and my pets needs are always met by the cheerful, happy people working there.

Most the staff here are so lovely, very thorough with aftercare advice and so welcoming they take great care of our pets and communicate well .
First timer here & the lovley staff were patient and understanding of my old anxious pit-bull.. Had a follow-up phone call with Vet to discuss some tough issues. I was not charged for this very informative 25min plus conversation and was extremely great full for the advise/support they made available and how compassionate the Vet was during our chat. That's Timaru Family Vet.
