The donuts here have always been wonderful, however the Saturday staff just could not care less. I was left waiting whilst two staff talked with their backs to me.. When the girl did serve me she practically threw my donuts in the bag, of course meaning the jam and cream will go everywhere when I pass them out, then proceeded to firmly toss them forward making them even messier.. like I get it... You don't wanna be there mate, but don't abuse the food making the best part stay on paper on not on the donuts.
My Husband and I went here for the first time on Sunday the staff were very unorganised the young male taking my order couldn't work out how to add it all up so I ended up making two separate sales then because my husband who is disabled has black coffee i asked for a small cup of water out of the tap and was told it would cost $1 for the water we will not be going back very disappointed
The Dapto Fantasy Donut shop in Dapto Mall, the staff couldn’t get any order right, then the young male argued, as did the young female. Their problem was I had a friend with me who witnessed their inappropriate behaviour. Obviously their training is much to be desired !!!
If you love a doughnut then it’s the place to go, even if you don’t want it There’s still other snack type items to eat. Plus the staff are pretty nice too. Basically it’s a good pick if you only want like morning tea
Such a fantastic range of Donuts here, great prices and the kids love them! Decorated iced donuts like Frog in a Pond are favourites and the cinnamon donuts are hot, fresh & delicious! They also have coffee.
Best coffee in the Shopping Centre.
I have never had a coffee this bad. Friend's coffee was just as terrible. Watery, weak, and yet still tasted burned. At least the donuts were good.
The coffee and hot chocolate were okay, but the staff were very poor. The young girl serving me stop three times in our small order, to talk to other staff, each time she turned back she would say " is that all?", & each time would have to remind her of the last thing I wanted. Over all not worth the money they charge.
Great coffee and milkshakes from downstairs store. Upstairs it a bit hit and miss, the coffee tastes like hot milk, especially since we have non fat milk.
Don't know what everyone else is whining about. Frankly I was very happy with my coffee today and doughnuts. And the girls behind the counter were very friendly.
