Terrible customer service from a lady called Tatiana/Tania. She hang up the phone on me when i called to enquire about the delivery of a product i bought. Highest form of unprofessionalism. Called back again to enquire what her name was, just to make sure i had the right name but her ally Maureen decided not to tell me what her name was. Clearly because they both knew their behaviour was uncouth. I have spent my money to buy goods at the store. They should not be talking to customers as if we are getting them for free. Kindly improve on this Fantastic furniture. You can do better.
Found what we wanted. The staff weren't "in your face" like other stores BUT they also weren't easy to find! However, when we ordered, Noreen was very helpful from the Gepps Cross Store.
Best place to buy furniture. Staff friendly and very helpful. Delivery spot on. Would recommend them to all people searching for furniture. Thanks guys

On the 2/5/2022 went to fantastic furniture to purchase a recliner lounge suite, the young man Thomas D served us and he was amazing,great customer service skills. Go in on a Mon and by Wed we'll have our lounge delivered. They even send sms the night before to let us know what time they will arrive. Would highly recommend this store .
