Just walked out of the store with my partner in disbelief of the staff’s lack of customer service.nWalked in looking to buy a new couch, walked around the store and noticed the 4 staff behind the desk. While walking around the store and trying couches for 5 minutes not one staff member greeted or approached me. I left to get my partner who was in the car as I wanted to show her the couch I wanted - the Oakland. We went in and stood by the couch for another five minutes yet still weren’t approached by any staff members. A little annoyed I walked to the counter and asked to borrow a pen and paper to write down some details. I was given a pen and paper yet still not asked if I needed any help. I walked back over to the couch and started writing down details. Another couple walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff members. I looked up in disbelief and one of the older female staff members caught my eye and asked finally said “if you’re looking for dimensions you can read the tag.” I gave them back the pen and my partner and I left. Definitely won’t be buying that couch from Fantastic Furniture Bundall now… terrible customer service, extremely disappointing!
I visited the store and bought some items to furnish a unit in Surfers. However, I could not get through to the Staff and left a bit of a desperate message for someone to get back to me due to certain problems. Well, blow me down. Arnaldo from the Bundall Depot called me just to advise me that he had done all that I had requested and that I need not worry about anything. I have been Customer Service Manager for the New South Wales Railways, one time in my career, I never saw such exemplary service where Arnaldo takes the cake. I would recommend you see him when you go there. Not that the other Staff are unhelpful because I was accorded courteous and polite service all throughout the buying procedure. But this gentleman astounded me. Recommend the store, especially Arnaldo, to anyone and I should know as I run a few businesses here on the Gold Coast.

Looks a mature gentlemannI purchased three seater sofa with chase and a one seater couch and a dining table and four chairs.nDining table and chairs are okay.nBut I think Sofa and couch’s cushions are over size… my family members said it’s fine.nOverall service is 5/5a guy who assisted menItems4.5/5
We just went here to buy a desk. And we’re taking a phone call, so we just sit down for a while. My partner just gets allergy to dust, so he is sneezing. It’s good the staff take a mask to us, but his attitude is unacceptable by saying your customers are gross. I just want to say your service is the worst I ever received. Will never go to fantastic furniture ever again.
Went there to purchase furniture early and the service there was appalling and non existent. I was the only customer in the store and Three people stood behind the counter chatting with no one offering me any assistance at all. I had to drag a young girl over to explain what I wanted Thankfully I knew and she was completely clueless. Wouldn’t offer any deals either, like she had no idea about that kind of thing. Glad I found what I wanted but unless you are desperate…AVOID THIS PLACE
