Impressed with FANTASTIC service from Chloe and Yvette at the Bundall store. I had to make a return for an item I had bought online but could not fit into the space I hoped. After speaking with both these lovely ladies on the phone I headed into store to return the item. I was made very welcome when I entered the shop and the whole returns process was easy with the help of Chloe who greeted me with a huge smile. Customer care were great to deal with too. Couldn't be happier with my experience with the Bundall staff and store, thank you so much for all the help, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this store again ! I'd also like to recommend the Tori High Bed Frames, those things are sturdy, functional , stylish and easy to put together. Thanks FANTASTIC, I'll be back !
Avoid this place at all costs. I strongly advise against buying furniture here. The quality is terrible – all their furniture is made in China, and the materials are incredibly flimsy and break easily. It's a waste of money.nnTo make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. Don’t even think about ordering online either – the delivery fees are outrageous.nnIf you need to return something you bought online, be prepared for a long wait. I was told my refund would be processed in 5-10 days, but after 15 days, I still haven't received it. When I contacted customer support, they told me my refund hasn't even been processed and they weren’t sure why. It feels like they're purposely delaying refunds and hoping people forget about them. I had to follow up multiple times. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes, and the support team was completely unhelpful.nnSave yourself the frustration and avoid buying furniture here.
Went into the store on 29 March afternoon, the male sales seemed more interested in chitchatting with colleague than talking to us. Didn’t really try to understand our needs, was rather cold, and walked away on us. Poor service attitude is first step to business failure:
I went in to buy a bed and 3 staff members were all standing at the main desk chatting away and having a good old laugh while myself and 4 or 5 other customers were wanting to look at some furniture. Not one of them offered to help. When I approached them to ask about a bed they were rude and couldn't really be bothered to help me. I will never go to this store again. Pathetic.
Great store with really good sales at the moment! The staff were lovely and more than happy to help.
