Impressed with FANTASTIC service from Chloe and Yvette at the Bundall store. I had to make a return for an item I had bought online but could not fit into the space I hoped. After speaking with both these lovely ladies on the phone I headed into store to return the item. I was made very welcome when I entered the shop and the whole returns process was easy with the help of Chloe who greeted me with a huge smile. Customer care were great to deal with too. Couldn't be happier with my experience with the Bundall staff and store, thank you so much for all the help, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this store again ! I'd also like to recommend the Tori High Bed Frames, those things are sturdy, functional , stylish and easy to put together. Thanks FANTASTIC, I'll be back !
Avoid this place at all costs. I strongly advise against buying furniture here. The quality is terrible – all their furniture is made in China, and the materials are incredibly flimsy and break easily. It's a waste of money.nnTo make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. Don’t even think about ordering online either – the delivery fees are outrageous.nnIf you need to return something you bought online, be prepared for a long wait. I was told my refund would be processed in 5-10 days, but after 15 days, I still haven't received it. When I contacted customer support, they told me my refund hasn't even been processed and they weren’t sure why. It feels like they're purposely delaying refunds and hoping people forget about them. I had to follow up multiple times. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes, and the support team was completely unhelpful.nnSave yourself the frustration and avoid buying furniture here.
I visited the store and bought some items to furnish a unit in Surfers. However, I could not get through to the Staff and left a bit of a desperate message for someone to get back to me due to certain problems. Well, blow me down. Arnaldo from the Bundall Depot called me just to advise me that he had done all that I had requested and that I need not worry about anything. I have been Customer Service Manager for the New South Wales Railways, one time in my career, I never saw such exemplary service where Arnaldo takes the cake. I would recommend you see him when you go there. Not that the other Staff are unhelpful because I was accorded courteous and polite service all throughout the buying procedure. But this gentleman astounded me. Recommend the store, especially Arnaldo, to anyone and I should know as I run a few businesses here on the Gold Coast.
Just walked out of the store with my partner in disbelief of the staff’s lack of customer service.nWalked in looking to buy a new couch, walked around the store and noticed the 4 staff behind the desk. While walking around the store and trying couches for 5 minutes not one staff member greeted or approached me. I left to get my partner who was in the car as I wanted to show her the couch I wanted - the Oakland. We went in and stood by the couch for another five minutes yet still weren’t approached by any staff members. A little annoyed I walked to the counter and asked to borrow a pen and paper to write down some details. I was given a pen and paper yet still not asked if I needed any help. I walked back over to the couch and started writing down details. Another couple walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff members. I looked up in disbelief and one of the older female staff members caught my eye and asked finally said “if you’re looking for dimensions you can read the tag.” I gave them back the pen and my partner and I left. Definitely won’t be buying that couch from Fantastic Furniture Bundall now… terrible customer service, extremely disappointing!
Nice people at the Bundall store when dealing with them by phone. Disappointing with their delivery options. From Brisbane on line $99, from Bundall to Southport approx. 5 ks $199 approx. For the $199 you can get it delivered when you wish, $99 comes in 3 - 5 days which really makes it impossible to tell when its being delivered. I was going to spend over $3000 but I want it delivered when it is convenient for me , not for Fantastic furniture. $199 to deliver something 5 KM is a joke. As a comparison Harvey Norman $75 and delivered when it suits me. I would want to be the local store owner as Head office is making it difficult by trying to force people to order online from Brisbane.
