Beyond appalling. If I could give a zero rating, I would. When booking, I made it very clear I have a car spot to my apartment. For reasons beyond me, the driver drove off after seeing on-street parking was limited. He didn't even ring me first and the company still charged me in full for the service. I rang Consumer Affairs Victoria who said this company is in breach of Australian Consumer Law because driving off and retaining full pay is not "delivering services with due care and skill". No services were delivered. Consumer Affairs have suggested I take legal action and made recommendations. It's a shame. Fantastic Services in NSW lives up to its' name - they're fantastic. In Victoria, it is beyond terrible. Very disappointing and I strongly suggest you use a different service.Service: Standard cleaning
I was worried to leave my credit card and pay before service however the whole process from arrival to oven range hood clean was exceptional ! Very thorough and respectful and lovely service Would def recommend
Used these guys multiple times, quality of service depends on the specific cleaner being sent. I had to have a couple of places cleaned, one was done well, the other wasn’t.Services: General carpet cleaning
