If you want to win, you can provide fake bank statements or don't even have to provide full evidences. The majestic is based purely on what you say in the court as she believes you since you are under oath. Over the years of abused, I've changed myself and gained my self confidence before I attend court. I was calm in the court but deem as not telling the truth. As long as you know how to lie, they accept your words. That is family court for you. All the best to your winning.

Not sure why people are giving this place a bad review. Yes, it's an old building. Would you be happy forking out millions of tax payers dollars every few years keeping it modern? Of course it's not a nice place. It's a court house. Nobody chooses to be there.

I found staff to be helpful, understanding that they are subject to a great deal of stress. Their job is to process and it is important to ensure you have your question lined up before speaking with staff. The only negative Ive experienced was from a security woman being overly and unnecessarily officious about my spouse taking a selfie within the office.

Difficult to communicate with the administration. Inane and irrelevant telephone waiting messages, that say they cannot give legal advice but then go on to give generic, potentially incorrect, legal advice. Regrettably adds to the cost of access to justice as time is money when a client is using a professional representative.

Have lost all faith in all systems of law due to the biased judgments in favor of vindictive cheating mothers, with no regards for children involved. These magistrates should be held accountable for damages to the children, which they clearly have absolutely no regards for while they are on some power trip thinking they are the elite. There is no such thing as justice when it comes to this organisation. We need to lobby the government for a legitimate legal system for the people. They do not deserve even the one star.
