Very unhappy. Dropped car off to get DPF light looked at, just for it to come back with a mainly unauthorised $3k bill. Few days later DpF light back on, took it back in to get it reset. Couple weeks later engine light on and car lost power and won’t accelerate… and all that after paying big bucks we didn’t even know about. Plus no one was able to explain what the problem was/STILL IS! Can not recommend

We had our Ranger Wildtrak serviced recently at Fairview Motors - Matamata. I'd just like to say, the whole experience exceeded expectations. I had checked on the Ford website to see what the approximate cost of the 50K service would be and Fairview came in under that cost which was a nice bonus. I'd just like to thank the service team, the girls in valet who made a lovely job of washing the car and I'd like to make a special shout out to Heather in Service Reception. Heather is a real gem, always bright and bubbly and a pleasure to deal with and makes you feel valued the minute you step in the door. Well done team !
The front desk wherenone books in their vehicle was as per normal excellent . Car now booked in let's see if the workshop can keep up this high score . They normally do I have to say. A great' service centre'.
