Visiting here for all that is offered is like seeing a long lost friend. Went to see MTC production of Girls and Boys starring Nikki Shiels. Absolutely incredible show! The theatre has lots of bars where you can buy alcohol, a light meal, coffee and cakes etc Front row seating provided an intimate experience with the performance and also the set. The small space makes you feel cocooned.
I visited Fairfax studio in 2023 when I attended the Bell Shakespeare Company's performance of Macbeth by William Shakespeare. The theatre itself was a nice size, comfortable and easy to see the stage in detail from the back row where I was sitting. The technician's control of the lighting and effects was top notch. The audio quality was clear and at a good volume. If, like me, you're using digital tickets, be sure to download them prior to entering the venue or connect to the free wifi as I did. Using the free wifi was hassle free and quick.
Have been here a few times and in different seats and different level etc, Also dramas to dance performances to comedy shows. Such thoughtfully designed world class studio where one can enjoy a show without losing it's essence regardless of where you sit and what kind of performance it is! Always have vetted shows from experience :
Virtually any seat will give you a reasonable view of the stage. Little intimate theatre. It's great!

Awesome venue, offering comfort, great view, a sense of intimacy and connection with the stage and performers. Too many steps to be fully accessible, but still pretty good for what it is.
The play was Brilliant, Prima Facie is a must see. The actress was awesome

Lovely intimate space where we immersed ourselves in the magic of the Bell Shakespeare company's extraordinary performance of Hamlet recently. Front row seats put us right in the action, or so it seemed! A magic night.
