Just went in to browse. The staff were very polite, there's a good range of appliances. Very clearly labelled with the defect of the appliance. There's washing machines, tumble dryers, televisions, vacuum cleaners, fridges and Blu-ray players, plus more. For a first visit, we are encouraged to come back when it's time to purchase.
My husband went in to look for a dryer as we had been using the laundrette a lot as it was raining all the time Tracey from Albion Park Rail store advised there were Turboline 7kg dryers that were brand new were coming in and the price. So I went and purchased the dryer were not only very happy with the service provided by the dryer which we have wall mounted is fantastic
Ssssshhhh great savings on retail prices for stock with minor cosmetic damage
Have been looking to purchase an upright freezer for the last month, spoke to an unknown female on numerous occasions and she refused to hold one for me, spoke to Tracy last week, she told me new stock would be in on Monday or Tuesday. She offered to take my name and phone number, mark a freezer as sold for me as soon as it come into the store with the promise of a phone call when it arrived. Sure enough Tracy called Tuesday to say it was waiting for me, we picked it up the following day, Tracy even helped my husband load it onto the ute! Thanks Tracy your customer service goes above and beyond and is much appreciated!!
"We take great care in pricing all our items at the correct price"...if this were the case then 2 items I purchased this morning wouldn't have been cancelled and refunded due to an error. Obviously you need to take even greater care with your pricing. I certainly won't be looking at your website ever again. Tried calling the number several times, only to be told that the number had been disconnected.
Great deals and friendly and helpful staff. I did have a 5 star rating here until the unprofessional delivery with left us with added damage to the appliances and our house. Also a fridge left outside for us to deal with becuase "it won't fit through the door". My wife and I later manged to bring it in using some care and a little thought. The delivery was that bad I've changed my review to 1 star.
Delivery guys were keep banging fridge and washing machine everywhere. Even they broke the deck door. At the end, they said both fridge and washing machine won't be fit. They left machines out of the house. My husband and l carried machines inside. They were easily fit from door. We end up with many scratches on the fridge, damage on the washing machine and broken door because of those guys. We tried to call but no body answered.
Couldn't have asked for better service today. The lady who served me was so friendly and happy and went out of her way to explain everything that I asked about and did me a fantastic deal on the product I was interested in. I got a newer model at a cheaper price which I never expected. Paid a deposit and she was going to package it all up ready for me to pick up tomorrow. I highly recommend them if you need a new TV or electrical equipment
The staff really helpful and always will to give you plenty of info and their time to find the right product for you. I have read some reviews here and feel it certainly is not evident in the experiences I have had with Factory Plus. They are way cheaper, more friendly and always willing to help a customer who has a problem. They have had some phone line issues, but i know when i go into the store they look after me on price and good old fashion friendly service. I took the model details of a TV and a price i got from Warrawong shops and they smashed it by $500. I'll be back, thanks Tracey! Ask for a better price and i bet you'll get it! The bigger retailers just want the commission. These guys don’t work on commission. Between this store and their Sydney store, I have upgraded my old appliances and TVs and saved literally thousands. Don’t be turned off by their concrete walls and floors, i guess that's how they do these do these deals. I told them i was going to write a review and i will keep spreading the word, as I want these guys to keep helping battlers like me and my family and friends. Give these guys a go, they are the real deal when it comes to big savings.
Man I had to hide my wallet after checking on this outlets stock , really no damage that I could say made them damaged goods
