Very impressed with the excellent service I received from Oxworks.  Online ordering was simple and effective, I received a pleasant phone call confirming order and delivery details. My orders have been processed super-fast.  The delivery driver calls in advance of delivery to ensure the delivery time is ok.  Fantastic service all round. I am now a lost long term customer of Oxworks. The company has turned into a very unprofessional and very unreasonable company. Oxworks stuffed up my last order three times and because it was a special order they refuse to offer refunds even though it was their fault. Looking for a new supplier now.

We made a purchase through ox works, but needed some replacement hinges for our pool fence for compliance. Josh from the development team gave exceptional service replacing the hinges *free of charge. Such a pleasure to deal with ox works and exceptional service 10 out of 10.

Recently went into cambellfield store for some fencing accessories. We don't really know the correct names for the parts needed. As I tried to explain to the salesman what was needed he was rude and unhelpful. He made me feel confused and silly.  I walked away without what I needed and returned with my son. I was helped by someone different who was able to give me what I wanted. I would go somewhere else  next time where I would hope to be treated with some respect, unlike how I was made to feel here.

Ignored my online enquiry and when I called they bloke on the other end tone and manner was that I was just wasting his time. He didn't want to help at all.

I recently bought some fencing and accessories from the campbellfield store. As amateur DIY fencers we were a bit confused about some things. The young lady and guys in the office were so understanding, patient and helpful. A big shout out to the guys in the warehouse who were also so friendly. I highly recommend this team and can't thank them enough for their support and kindness.

Johnny and the entire office and warehouse staff are the most down to earth, professional and helpful people I have come  across in a very long time. Value for money and great product. Lots of info and support for DYI projects. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work guys.

Hi , buying DIY at Oxworks was easy , ring up and order , next day pick up , the staff very helpful and friendly, helped me load my trailer and very efficient, thank you.

I did an internet order with pick up at the Campbellfield depot.  Great service, order picked and loaded within 10 minutes.
