first time we shopped here was no good but thought give them another chance as my son likes their trackies... but nope was told they would match a price on their own website, when we went in to pick up they jacked the price up... tried finding the cheaper ad on line and it magically disappeared. staff were very rude about it basically thought it was a joke!!!! will be putting in a formal complaint
Depending on your style they could have lots of great items or only a few, most of their clothes are quite versatile style-wise. Their prices are quite affordable and it's worth it to get a Cotton On & Co perks card which you can use to at 7 different stores to accumulate points towards discounts. They carry clothes in smaller sizes but you Kay have to spend some time finding something that fits if you're over size 14 - they do usually have something though. I haven't seen anything that would fit plus-size though.
Bought a crop top online and wasn’t fitting well so had to Visit the store for an exchange. Wasn’t keen on anything in the store and I requested for a refund. Staff refused it by saying they don’t do refunds. Kept arguing until I googled and showed her about clothing policy followed in Australia. Tried tricking me. First and last time visiting this brand.
Have returned here on multiple occasions, love the clothes and they are at a very affordable price
The attitude from the cashier ! Very loud ! Says hi to specific customers and very impatient as if the clothes on the rack matter more than clients !
sales person Sarah was very helpful mostly with fitting my husband thanks for the service from someone who didn't just stand there
Good staff but price was slightly more expensive than H&M / Uniqlo
