Fabulous salon with great products - I’ve been getting regular facials here for years now! Susan is amazing and my skin is always glowing after my Omnilux and CACI treatments.
Natalie did a great job on my eyebrows; she respected the natural shape and gave them a more polished look. And the best part is that it didn't hurt at all! I also appreciate her non-invasive and holistic approach to beauty; it's refreshing!

Mina is such a lovely, gentle professional beauty therapist. She is always so genuinely friendly and courteous and it is obvious she loves what she does. Her threading work on my eyebrows is flawless every time. I always leave with exactly the results I want wrt shape, length and the total look. She really knows her eyebrows! I am definitely one of her biggest fans and will keep on going back time and time again. Thank you Mina : I would absolutely recommend Face First and Mina to everyone!

Great location, lovely staff - lady on reception as I came in was so friendly and kind, and another lady when I returned from nipping outside was equally as friendly and welcoming. I chose this place to get my brow threading, tint and lash tint based purely on reviews. I do not recommend the brow technician here at all. She shaped both brows completely different, one was like a hook. It was embarrassing. The worst part was her unsettling attitude. She wasn't helpful and didn't say anything along the lines of "sorry, this is how we can fix that". It was just really weird and I couldn't wait to leave her room. Such a shame because I would have liked to come here more often as the other staff are lovely and the place is nice!
Getting eyebrows tattooed is a daunting prospect, I researched and contemplated other salons, I am so glad I went with Face First. The staff at Face First were incredible, they put any fears I had at ease and guided me through the process with grace and style, with the end result - perfection. I am so very happy with the results, it really has been one of the best investments I have made. If you are going to get this process done I highly recommend Face First.
They are truly professionals and really kind. Always looking after your main concerns, advising, and never pushing you to buy treatments or products like I have felt at other places. My skin has improved 100%. The lip threading service is the best one I have had.
Went in not knowing what to expect from my first eyebrow threading - but gave it a shot after reading these reviews when searching for a brow bar in the area. It's safe to say I'm now converted! Deepa was amazing and really knows her stuff. Very natural looking tint and amazing shape better lines than I've ever had from waxing.
