The F45 experience was very helpful in unleashing my potential in high intensity training. The trainers were very supportive in pushing the class to do their best, along with assisting them in doing all the exercises properly. Highly recommended for an efficient workout!
I joined about two months ago and this place is fantastic. Having been a member of F45 before, its the best branch yet. Its big and comfortable and has beautiful showers and changing rooms with all the essential products you need!
Happy with the classes so far. Classes are not too packed with people and I like the variations of each day. I did a 1 week free trial and am now signed up. Planning to do about 6 or 7 weeks to get my fitness up but probably won't continue after that becuase it is very expensive.
Loving it! Would recommend to anyone wanting to get fit. No fuss exercise, in and out and the staff are really lovely! Worth the money.. I actually enjoy working out and rush home from work to make sure I make class
F45 Pyrmont is fantastic. I've only been going 2 weeks but its so welcoming and fun, it feels like I've been a member for ages. Highly recommended for people who struggle with discipline and getting into routine.
Great location, great Trainers and atmosphere. The demographics and Trainers are excellent, each session has been motivating. Whether it be a morning or evening class I've always felt energetic afterwards!
