Ever since I joined F45 Dunedin CBD I have had nothing but a great experience! The trainers are amazing and always supportive in every session. My F45 challenge last year consisted of lots of great feedback and technique improvement which resulted in great results. The trainers at F45 CBD are fantastic!! They make you feel very comfortable and are so welcoming. They have all become more like good mates that you can have a good chat with than just trainers. The gym is a really friendly, positive team environment that I would encourage anyone to get amongst.

I was in Dunedin for a day and went for a train at the F45 CBD. The staff were welcoming. The studio was clean and the overall vibe was great. I’ll definitely return for more when I’m back in Dunedin. Excellent.
