I've never really been interested in group training but I decided to try F45 and I regret not joining sooner. The team environment is great, it's motivating to get it done together. It has created way more variety in my workout routine and I work a lot harder in the 45 minutes than I would if I was just going to the gym. I really like that there is an emphasis on warming up before class and stretching afterward. The flexibility in the classes is another plus, as the trainers adjust certain exercises for people who have injuries, different fitness levels, or specific needs. I noticed that I was toning up and looking stronger just a few weeks after joining without changing my diet.

Went in to see about new trials going, looks like a decent place but brushed off by 2 staff members as soon as we were there. Felt really out of place for someone trying to get back into it. Thanks guys!
