Baysie F45 is absolutely amazing. I've been going a few weeks now and the staff are helpful and friendly. The trainers are always there to support and guide you. I don't get bored as I have never done the same workout twice. Strongly recommend it.

Love F45 Team Baysie Great trainers and the music is fantastic. F45 caters to all fitness types and trainers were great in moderating exercises when necessary. Members made me feel really welcome too.  Def 5 stars. Awesome!!!!

Love training at F45 Bayswater! I’ve been training there for +/- 2 years and have had an amazing experience. I trained before my wedding and got in great shape squeezing into a size 6 wedding dress. I then trained till I was 39 weeks pregnant. No I’m training 4 months post a cesarean section. The coach’s have always been supportive, encouraging and have endeavoured to create true friendships with their trainees.  I was pushed and encouraged to train hard whilst preparing for my wedding. The programs were tailored to fit my new pregnancy work out regime when I was pregnant. The coaches were always checking that I was feeling up to training and that I was getting the most out of my work out whilst ensuring my baby and I were not over doing it or under doing it haha. Now that I am back everyone is always checking in with me making sure im slowly wasting myself into training and ensuring I’m coping with the new mom/ work out life.  Honestly the trainers are the most incredible and friendly trainers I’ve ever met in my 30 years. Even though I’m on maternity leave I feel like the experience and results trumps the fees and any other gym. Thanks F45 for sharing some of my fondest moments and giving me the strength and fitness to fully tackle life!

Way better than spending the same money on seeing the physio each week for old man injuries. Great, friendly trainers and because the body and brain is one interconnected system, F45 Bayswater will make you smarter too
