F1rst Class Fitness is my absolute favourite place to train in Brisbane. The Trainers are so welcoming & down to earth which makes for an un-intimidating environment unlike all the other gyms in the area. The equipment is really well looked after & facilities are top notch - it's got everything you need to achieve results.
