DO NOT USE THIS GUY FRANK MACRI IF YOU WANT TO MOVE TO YOUR NEW HOME WITH ALL OF YOUR FURNITURE INTACT AND AN EXTRA $4000 IN YOUR POCKET!!! Frank's removalists broke our antique wardrobe, Frank was SUPER friendly about it - "Don't worry we will help you once you deal with the insurance company" and now NO WORD! He was happy to take our money but we are now $4000 out of pocket wardrobe, insurance and the money Frank stole from us as the insurance company are waiting for Frank to write a report but we are still waiting - 6 months later! Don't be conned by his super nice b.s over the phone, it's disingenuous.
The guys from Fan Transport and Removals were great. They worked quickly and efficiently while taking care with my furniture. They were really helpful and checked where I wanted the furniture in the new house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and will definitely be using them again. Thanks for making my move so much easier.
Prompt and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, and Frank was very flexible and accommodating as and when plans changed. The lads, Tristan and Dave, were very careful, planned well, and were able to shift everything quickly. I would definitely use them again. Anything you can do in advance that helps them to be even more efficient will save you money.
Frank was great to deal with in helping what is usually a stressful situation... moving home... twice. His team were great at what they do, and neatly and professionally packed our stuff up. Shipped it to the next place and battled all the stair, doors corners we could throw at them. Even helped hang a large picture at the end. Great price and service
We were very impressed with Fan Transport and Removals. Frank arranged Tristan and Dave to move our furniture and we were very impressed with their work ethic and positive and accommodating approach to their work. Nothing was too difficult for them. It was an epic job and I didn’t hear one complaint. Incredibly hard working and great guys. Thank you!
