I did a Personal Tax return online through these folks. I had a small idea that I was due something back from the tax man, but had no idea just how much, they were quick and efficient. I applied at around 11am and by midday I had an estimate and help with Medicare waiver all sorted. Their communication was professional and friendly. Will definitely be using them again!
Was referred by a friend and have used for personal tax returns for the past 3 years. Very diligent and appear to have very good and current knowledge of tax legislation and requirements. Would not hesitate to use them for any of their services!
Great service and professionalism. I'm not an accountant but even I know their extended knowledge in tax and bussinesses is hard to find in other firms. With the amazing quality of services I've been receiving from them, this low reviews do not seem right. People just need to check on the name of the company they are reviewing... ! I cannot imagine my life in Australia without them, thank you so much!
Excellent experience, and I can't understand the low scores -- From competitors? Maybe because the employees are Japanese? Akura did several years' of taxes in just a few days personal/PAYG + ABN individual business, gave good advice, and helped me understand how to make/break down my own spreadsheets. Fees were quite reasonable.
Poor communication on ezy tax solutions behalf, logged my online tax return WITHOUT my consent yet again poor Communication with resolving the issue ended up finding out about the debt through a third party debt collection service. Estimated return was a 1/4 of the amount of what I really got back from a professional tax accountant. Bottom line save your money and steer clear of these amateurs.
My partner has been getting his tax done here for years. Both Agents are extremely polite, professional and explain everything in detail. The low scoring reviews are completely misleading!!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT give them access to your accounting system!! Not sure how many people were logging into my accounts and responding to my queries but these people have no concept of Australian Accounting Standards! BE WARNED - They will CHANGE historical information, CREATE NEW GL accounts, re-allocate transactions already declared in your BAS! Still trying to sort out their mess
