My favorite thing about Smart N Final is that they sell things in bulk but they also have small individual items of that bulk. I love coming here to get items for parties, gatherings or when you need quantity. It's a supermarket with a little steroid in it!! The prices are decent and the produce is fresh. There is an area where you can bag and buy nuts, grains, candies, trail mixes, etc. by the pound. They have fresh baked goodies and wide selection of beers and bottles. The candy aisle is intense when you got kiddos because they have all sorts of goodies you can buy from an ice cream truck in stacks of boxes. This is great for kids birthdays and piñata filling. The check out lanes are super cute with street names and lights on each one. For some reason they scan your shopping cart too. Not sure what that's all about but it ain't coming out of my pocket!!
Use to come here all the time. Havent been here since covid restrictions have been lifted. Then I decide to do some shopping here, all is well until I get to the cash register and then remembered why I stopped comming to this store. Customer service is horrendous and pitiful. I get maybe after thanksgiving things are semi going back to normal but do you have to have such callus attitudes and just ignorance run rampit that even a simple acknowledgement seems like a hassle. What sad state this establishmnet has become!
The store was so nice and clean. Everything I went to get was so easy to find. The lines were not too long. Indications were very nice and clean and cordial.
Although I was only in for a brief moment, all I can say is the operation was smart and the prices were indeed final.
I bought a 12 pack of IPA torpedo sierra Nevada and 2 bags of nacho chips and a Big can of cheese dip it went well.
Yay, I was able to pick up some items that were on sale that I had on my list! The store was spotless and prices were visible. The employees were courteous and helpful too. With prices going up on everything- it's good to find a sale!

Smart and Final, Inglewood South - Store well-stocked @ 8:30a on a beautiful Sunday morning for the Memorial Day weekend. Lots of vegetables, fruits and meats. Workers are very courteous and take you to the isle where an item is. Area of Growth: More check-out stations need to be open and ready the heavy foot traffic.
This is a complete Grocery store with fair prices. They have a generally larger size of items available than most stores would offer for many items. However they do not compete very well on price points for items that are the same as the other guys. I generally buy the same items wherever I go, and for bulk sized the prices are fair however for a like item it's usually more expensive. Example: Coffee Mate liquid creamer double size at Ralph's is usually 5.99 while here it's priced at 7.99. Kraft cheese for a 72 slice box is the same price as Costco's 96 slice size. An identical package of hot dogs here is over $2 more than Vons charges. Some items like fresh veggies are wonderful quality and wery well priced here as are boxes of breakfast cereal, peanut butter and coffee selections. If you shop smart you can get great deals, but if you don't pay attention you will be spending a lot more than you need to.
