Amazing service, staff give practical and personalised advice, they have very fashionable frames that the staff help to narrow down when there is too many choices
The staff at Burnside Eyes & Vision were amazing with my kids. Made them feel very relaxed and great service from all the staff. Turns out my son needed glasses but luckily the staff here made the transition to glasses very easy! And the optometrists, Nai and Cassandra are very experienced and great with kids too!
One of the best experiences I have had with knowledgable, friendly service. Would recommend. Addressed medical issues not dealt with over years of eye tests elsewhere. My eyes are happier.
I’ve seen two different opticians here, for myself and my children, and they’ve been great. They’re particularly good with my chatty kids - so patient and welcoming.

Eyes and vision in Burnside is a very bad business. I had the worst service and attitude from a person called Nathan. A friendly advice, just find some other place, as the service is bad and they try to take/charge you with extra money.
