I had cataract surgery and was operated on by Dr Tran from Eyes First Medical Clinic in Springvale.nnI found her to be a very kind and dedicated surgeon. I recovered well under her care and her team in her clinic. She was assisted by anaesthetist Dr Lee. They guided me through the entire process before and after surgery.nnIt was a pleasant experience at Mt Waverley Hospital. They made my surgical experience a safe and successful one.nnI highly recommend Dr Tran and team.
I am writing this review after one year of my eye surgery.nnLast September 2022, I had my left eye surgery for Cataract, followed by the right eye in October.nnWithin this time, I have had no complications or any other problems with my eyes, and I can now say with full confidence that the procedure was a complete success.nnMy eye surgery procedures were performed by Dr Tu Tran. She is an amazing ophthalmologist who transformed my sight totally.nnMy eyesight was turning hazy/cloudy, but now I see like a Hawk. Activities such as driving, walking, and even everyday tasksnare so much enjoyable now.nnMany thanks to Dr Tu Tran, anaesthetist Dr Lee, and Peter & Noelene who performed pre/post operation checkups. Also, thanks to admin staff who assisted during this time.nnI highly recommend Eyes First Clinic for any eye related diseases/issues.
Eyes First is a wonderful clinic with excellent facilities. Highly recommended.nThe reception staff in particular, Karen and Kathryn are amazing and so friendly. I always look forward to seeing them at my appointments as I'm always greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. Definitely 10/10.nThe management team in particular, Peter is fantastic. Always there to assist and certainly goes far and beyond every time. Thank you.nDr Tom Edwards has been absolutely wonderful throughout the three years that I have been seeing him. I had cataract procedure on both eyes done by Dr. Elaine Chong. She did an excellent job and I was fine immediately. She and her staff at the Springvale Clinic are very friendly and polite. I would strongly recommend Eyes First to anyone in need of eye care.
Always waiting. Appoiment at 3.30pm was waiting until 5.30pmnIm truthly don't understand why they make appoiment for if always 2 hours waiting time !
