It's more than just a gym, it's like being part of a family. My membership here has been one the best training experiences of my life. I joined for fitness, but it ended up being just as much about the social and mental benefits that come from training together with others. The coaches are awesome people and know how to get the best out of each individual. You will be pushed hard every day, and will learn a lot along the way. The facilities are top notch and are constantly updated. Thank you for getting me hooked Muay Thai and starting me on my Martial Arts journey :
Great club with excellent coaches and wonderful community spirit. This club plays an important part in our children's lives teaching them life skills and discipline and helping them with their confidence. Coach Paul is a fantastic coach who works well with the kids to get the best out of them. Highly recommend this club!
As a member here for a year now, I can recommend Extreme Mixed Martial Arts as a safe and friendly environment to learn and practise self defence martial arts. My wife also train here, as do a number of our friends who have done a trial and signed up for full memberships once they experience the value of being part of this family. Led by a head instructor well versed and ranked in numerous disciplines, the quality instructor team understands the importance of building skills, control and respect. It is a great place to learn, train and grow but be warned - it's addictive! Once you start you'll definitely want to train in more of the awesome styles offered! Definitely recommend for all ages and abilities!
Excellent coaches and community. I joined the club together with my 3 kids and we could not be happier with our decision. We enjoying it so much that we are house hunting within the area so we can stay with club and continue to train. Keep up the good work. I will 100% recommend Paul and other coaches.
Joining this school has been one of the most positive experiences of my life. The atmosphere that Paul and Amanda have created is so encouraging, the coaches are all experts, motivational, challenging where they need to be, and caring where it's right to be. There are some pretty experienced, skilled and tough fighters working and training here in harmony alongside guys like me older older women, kids - a mixed bag. There are no cliques or feelings of hierarchy. As long as you respect the mats, are willing to work hard and have an open mind, this place is the place.
My daughter has been training with Extreme MMA for the last 3 months and absolutely loves it. We have tried a few different Martial Arts studios but none that my little one felt comfortable at. She is only 4 years old and fits in well with the other kids, never feels left our and the trainers pay extra attention to her due to her age to ensure she understands the techniques and getting it right. We have tired a few different class and i find that the trainers are super friendly with the kids and really take the time to understand each child. I highly recommend the Extreme MMA team. We cant wait to be back on the mats training.
Absolutely fantastic, professional well presented mixed martial arts facility. Our daughter is a student as is always greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. The coaches are exceptional in their teaching and guidelines. Highly recommended center for children’s development and confidence.
A huge credit to both management and their coaching staff for creating an environment where anyone can feel comfortable to come and train. We have 3 children training here and the progress they have made, both physically and mentally over the last 6 months has been amazing. Looking forward to getting back on the mats.
I want to thank Extreme MMA including its staff and students for inspiring not only me but countless others by empowering people of all ages, races and genders to seek the best in themselves but also empowering me and countless others to aspire to do things in combat sports we thought we never could. The foundation stone on which this gym is built on are its values, I say this because I experience what those vales are on a daily basis the second I step on the mat and train, and its those same values that I carry into the community and that I promote to my children. Whether you’re advanced, beginner, or someone who just wants to get fit and try something awesome, I strongly encourage you to come down to Extreme MMA and just spend some time soaking up the atmosphere and the vibe of this gym.
The Staff - Professional to the highest degree. The Equipment - Updated and maintained without sparing any costs. The Venue - So easy to find, with ample parking and lots of room inside for the most immersive experience. The Culture - Warm and friendly to all who walk through the door, encouraging, nurturing and above all forward thinking. The operators are amongst two of the kindest, warmest people we have ever met. Being an older man in my 50s I thought that I would find it confronting coming back to the martial arts world however these two made me feel like I still had it. I watched the others classes and saw only love coming through for all students but especially for the kids. Let's not beat around the bush, all kids are amazing but need strong role models to follow and there is no shortage of role models male and female at Extreme MMA. The venue is quite large and has many different facets of the Art. The 4 main open spaces allow you to really let go without feeling like you're going to be in someones way. These spaces run at the same time and give people the opportunity to be able to move from one element of the sport to the other, literally without breaking a sweat. Cannot say enough about Extreme MMA. I would not only take mine and your children here but would also trust them to take my kids home for the weekend then bring them back, brand new on Monday with better attitudes and an english vocabulary as well Well done Extreme MMA, for your hard work and diligence to what is clearly your dream. Something amazing like this does not spring up over night and takes long long years of dedication to create. Please make sure you visit them and see their service for yourself.
