Just got my eyebrows threaded and the server was extremely rude and borderline aggressive. While she was threading my eyebrows she didn’t have manners at all. She’s taken off so much hair and when I looked concerned she tried to blame it on my skin being dry? My friend that was with me saw her roll her eyes while she was serving me as well when I didn’t say much at all throughout the process. I’ve come here for ages but will not be coming back again at all. The staff need an attitude adjustment.Service: Hair threading
First time I went, the lady was super rude with me because I was having my sushi inside the store, while I was waiting 30minutes and I was not supposed to be eating there as it is not permitted. " OMG the chances of having a coffee falling in that floor are much bigger than of a sushi falling ... Anyway, I stopped eating and had my eyebrow done. This weekend I went for having it for the second time. There were nobody inside the store apart from another client waiting. I waited for around 20 minutes inside the shop, and nobody showed up. Impressive how bad they are with client's. It look like they have not been paid for that. I am not asking a favour but only for a service. It's annoying how bad the service is in here.
Really good salon, the staff is really nice and professional. The lady that does my eyebrows is really gentle and shapes my eyebrows really well. She also makes me feel very comfortable with making conversation and being extremely polite. Highly suggest this place Services: Eyebrow threading

Eyebrow were uneven when I told her it was uneven she acted confused when I asked her. She also tinted my eyebrows black when I have brown hair wasn’t satisfied for $35
Got an eyebrow wax and they completely stuffed up my brows. The store was not busy I was the only one in there and she literally did my brows in 2 minutes. I had really nice shaped brows that just needed a tidy up and now I have 2 different shaped brows. The job wasn’t even done properly as I still have hair where it was meant to be waxed.Service: Waxing
