An exceptionally good experience. I chose Albany Creek Florists after speaking with several other local businesses who left me underwhelmed. Michelle and Ed did not disappoint. Michelle took the time to work me through style and materials for a corsage and buttonhole. She was flexible - unlike other local businesses, who only used white roses and whatever colour ribbon they had - she was able to use orchids and match the ribbon to my son’s date’s outfit. She left the non perishable products in a box, along with specific instructions for Ed, who made the corsage and buttonhole 4 weeks’ later. It was ready for the agreed pickup time and lasted well through the event, while those with roses, tended to wilt. They used a diamanté bracelet instead of ribbon as the base. This was great, as I noticed the satin ribbon corsages tended to slide around on the girls’ wrists and so they were constantly adjusting and touching them. Very happy customer!
Not a nice experience. The man in the shop when I ordered the flowers was quite short with me & very condescending. Not very helpful at all on what could be made. Then when I came to collect the flowers they weren't ready as he had left confusing information for the lady who was preparing them. So I had to wait while it was made. $65 later & it was a very disappointing arrangement with some of the flowers already wilting. The photos are of the flowers 1 day after they were purchased.
We cannot Thank Ed enough for everything he did in preparing flowers for our Mum. He came out to my Dads and picked greenery from the garden which he used with gorgeous white flowers to adorn her coffin. It was extremely special. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this florist.
Last minute corsage and buttonhole done for my sons formal. Our original order fell through and Albany Creek Florist did an amazing job with very little time. Great service and beautiful flowers.
I am disappointed that I ordered a bunch of flowers for a special occasion which was not delivered on the day specified it was a day late which then meant nothing and the flowers were no better than I could get from Woolworths for $20. I was told they would be natives too and I’m so disappointed as I called to ask where they were and they were delivered the next day and no call back apologising when I was told they would call back to tell me what had happened. Very poor ! Try to keep business local but expect a little better than that!!

Ed has become my Go-To florist! Always happy to help with any occasion and can whip up the most exquisite bunch of flowers in no time at all. Very reasonably priced store and the staff are very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend.
Horrible customer service. I walked in and the florist was on her mobile phone. She said she wouldn’t be a moment. 6- 7 minutes later and still waiting to be served and after she had walked out the back on her mobile phone, she’s still talking when the land line rings. She comes out and picks that up while all the while I am still waiting to be served. Unfortunately the time I went this florist prior to this occasion, it was the same female florist and I was left waiting some 5- 10 minutes before she got to serving me I was the only person in the store. Never again.
Ed and his team are very passionate and take pride in providing top quality products and excellent customer service. They have a fun, exciting and welcoming culture and still manage to handle delicate situations with sensitivity and empathy. Even under pressure the team are efficient and polite. I have never seen a customer leave the store unsatisfied.
Ed has been so amazing with all of my three childrens formal corsages! Today I picked up my youngest child's corsage for his date and it is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this business for all your floral needs! Thank you Ed for making my children's special days that little bit more special!

I have been purchasing flowers from Expressions Flower Shoppe for quite a few years Recently I needed something special. I was given a lot of help making a decision. The flowers were beautiful It is a pleasure to go into this florist. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.
