Amazing customer service! Brett was very helpful in providing the engraved medals I needed for our soccer team at the last minute and at a great price. Needed last minute engraving on a small item, discovered Express Tropies was open today. What a relief, Brett was great, altough he was really busy, he happily took my small job and had it ready for me within a couple of hours.
The gentlemen I dealt with was extremely professional and did a brilliant job on my plaque with inscription I gave him very short notice and her delivered on time would recommend
Had a great experience at Express Trophies. The team was able to let me know what they had on hand so they could deliver us the product within the time frame I needed it in. As I was running late, they even stayed back well after closing hours to make sure I was able to pick up the final product so I could take it on a flight with me the next day.. The trophy and the writing was 100% correct and didn't need to be re-edited with any changes. Overall we were very happy with the service and efforts.. Highly recommended.
Anything you could possibly want with engraving, trophies, clothing, embroidery, screen printing, the list goes on. Definitely the people to speak with.
Hands down one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Brett refused to respond to any email or message. I was forced to call him to get a response. Each time he assured me that work would begin. Eventually after over a month wasted with this company, we had to seek another. Do not waste your time or money with this business.
