I have always wanted my own business and never really felt I wanted to do it totally on my own. I called express about their mobile teeth whitening business opportunity and the representative was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about becoming a franchisee. The entry cost was much less than I expected and the equipment included was excellent quality. The ongoing support from the company has been excellent and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Express for making my dream come true.

Would not recommend dealing with this company. My situation may differ from others but feel the need to express my dealings. I got stood up on my first scheduled appointment. That should have been my warning. Then they are very quick to get $500.00 from me to secure a territory that they provided. I took a look at the territory they assigned me and asked for a defined map. They failed after numerous requests to provide me with that. I also asked for how they get the projected income for the defined territory no answer just sweet talk. The bloke that they sent to provide me with information a good talker but fails to follow up. Then the request for my refundable deposit of $500.00 fails to show up. They are quick to take money and sign you up but after initial contact there is no follow up poor communication and no corporate email address to vent your concerns. a very poor experience to be honest. If it looks to good it probably is..... verdict a lot of hot air. Check at how many successful businesses they have here.
