Have been here twice for a man's haircut both at different times only to be told "No we are not taking anymore cuts today . One was at 330 in the afternoon on a weekday and the other at 4pm on a Saturday. The staff were not busy on the first occasion sitting around chatting away to each other no other clients in the shop and the second time they were on their cell phones again no other clients in the shop .On both occasions I was there well before closing times on the website. Obviously the staff here make up their own working hours and who they will or will not serve This seems a bit discriminative .......

Asked for hair cut to above shoulder length and face shaping. Chopped it way higher so now I have a horrendous bob at lip length. After cutting it she asks if I still want the layering because it will make it even shorter. Why wouldn't you do a longer length if you know layering shortens it even more, especially when I didn't want it that short. I don't expect the style to be amazing or cut perfect because it's a 20 dollar hair cut but it could at least be close to the length asked for.

I've had my hair styled for my deb done here, it lasted the whole night, I was very pleased. They've cut my fringe as well, really good customer service.

Went to get a small amount of length cut off and got given completely different type of cut as if they don't listen to your instructions. Won't be going back any time soon
