Arrived at the store 4:20pm for a haircut,  to find the lady had shut up shop told me the 5pm advertised closing time is the time when the staff finish counting the cash & cleaning up‍

Went for the haircut after restrictions eased. Lady just used trimmer to cut my hair despite of letting her know that I didn’t want too short from the top. Couldn’t be bothered using a scissor. Looked like they were in a hurry to go through all customers because they were shut for few months. Not going there again as it wasn’t worth $20.

Went today to get my daughters hair trimmed . Asked if its ok, i told hairdresser if they could maybe cut just a little bit more ... but got a shock when hairdresser told me its gonna be a whole new haircut redo whole haircut again  No pamphlets, no sign outside window what time they open/close. Paid $35 for a student haircut .... no wash, no blowdry offered.. until i asked they said its extra Their unprofessional attitude is rude ,mainly when i asked for a little bit more off

Not happy at all! Charging me an extra 5 bucks on top of the normal price I usually got charged at the place for a normal straight cut no style nothing because my hair is longwhich it always isthe lafy that usually does my hair wasn't there...to add the lady sat there styling this little boys hair for half an hour and put gel etc and didn't even get charged that much! I don't understand how a guy gets charged less for a complete styled cut yet as a woman with long hair I'm charged so much more for a normal trim that took 10 minutes! Not even blow dried or anything just a straight trim!! It's really ridiculous!

Usually I don't enjoy a trip to the hairdressers I leave feeling ripped off and hate what they have done to my hair, however when I called in here on Tuesday I got a young blonde woman who cut my hair and she was fantastic, friendly asked me lots of questions on how I wanted my hair cut and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing any of the correct terms. Got exactly what I wanted I left feeling good about my hair cut and it didn't cost me a small fortune! Would definitely go back to that hair dresser :

I showed the hair dresser the style of cut i wanted even left open in my phone on the cabinet.  It was supposed to be a pixie haircut.  Instead she shave the whole back of my head with a #1  then she cut what little bit really really short like s man's cut.  So i suggestion no one go their because they don't listen to what you want even if you show them a picture.  Would like the owner to contact me.
